COME AS YOU ARE: AN AUTHENTIC EXPLORATION OF SEXUALITY
For too long, we have allowed our sexuality to be kept separate from who we are. We've judged ourselves and we've been judged. We've ignored it, used it, mistreated it but rarely have we talked about it. Let's reclaim this aspect of our whole selves. Whether you are sexually active or not. Whether you love sex, hate sex, don't care about it, are terrified of it - let's talk about it. We'll use the book Come As You Are: The Surprising New Science That Will Transform Your Sex Life by Emily Nagoski as the framework for our dialogue. Spoiler alert: her core message is “you're normal!” Emily will guide us in her funny and informative way to get more comfortable with ourselves by getting more comfortable with our sexuality.
This group is designed to support authentic exploration and dialogue about sexuality for the purpose of greater self-love, self-acceptance, and empowerment and anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome.
Nine Tuesdays throughout the summer from 4:30 - 6:00 pm. East Asheville. 8 women.

Coming this Fall: WOMEN'S SACRED EMPOWERMENT GROUP
This nine week group will support each of the seven participants to boldly embody their intentions and face the obstacles getting in the way with community support. Each week we will explore different key teachings for how to overcome the viral programming of our culture which always says we are not enough. We'll look at the harmful teachings that came through well-meaning parents (and not so well-meaning) so you can claim a loving relationship with your own inner child and finally offer her a parent she can always rely on. We'll weave in sacred rituals to reconnect each of us to what lights up our hearts and infuses our bodies with the needed courage and strength to walk this heroic journey because, yes!, this is one seriously heroic journey we are on!
